Case 1

A 30 years old male presenting with low grade fever and cough with scanty mucoid expectoration and streaky hemoptysis for last one year. His complaints was subsided with oral co amoxiclav and cough suppressant. He has no chest pain or shortness of breath. Past history revealed tubercular pleural effusion at 4 years of age with ATD completed then. He remained asymptomatic for last 26 years. His chest x-ray and CT scan chest given. Mantoux test is positive showing 10mm induration. His echinococcus IgG is positive in high titre.
